Q. Who do I contact if a streetlight is not working?
A. Call Dominion Virginia Power or the Town of Leesburg.

Q. The net/gate/fence/surface of the tennis court is broken, what can I do about it?
A. Email facilities and call the Property Management company.

Q. Where do I get one of those blue recycling bins?
A. The town provides one free blue plastic bin to each household and businesses (only those who receive curbside trash service). Place co-mingled recyclables at the curb for pickup. Bins should remain in the house if the resident moves. Additional bins may be purchased for $6 at the Leesburg Government Center, 25 W. Market St., 8:30-5:00. The town will replace damaged bins at no charge.

Q. Who is in charge of snow removal?
A. For streets around the townhomes, a private contractor is responsible. Contact the Property Management company for more information. For all other streets, clearing snow is the responsibility of the Town of Leesburg. Homeowners are responsible for clearing snow from sidewalks in front of their houses within 12 hours of snowfall.

Q. When will the pool be open?
A. Memorial Day through Labor day. For specific hours, check the link for the Pool under the Community section of this website.
