Application for Exterior Modification (AEM) Process
Applications must be submitted to Loudoun Management Associates no later than the 20th of each month. Our managing agent reviews every application to ensure all necessary elements are included. Only then will the application be forwarded for review at the next Covenants Committee meeting (7:30 pm, Wednesday of the first full week of each month - 3/7, 4/11, 5/9, 6/6, 7/11). Incomplete applications will be returned and will delay the review process. If there are no additional questions applicants should expect a response within 45 days of the date of receipt of completed application by LMA.
